أنواع عملية شد الوجه

The procedure is divided into two main types based on patient needs:

• Upper Blepharoplasty: Removes excess skin weighing down the eyelid and obstructing vision, along with some fat if necessary. The incision is completely hidden within the natural eyelid crease.
• Lower Blepharoplasty: Targets the removal of "fatty bags" under the eyes. It is often performed from inside the eyelid (Transconjunctival) with no external scar, or sometimes excess skin is trimmed if sagging is severe.

Important Recovery Tips:

To achieve the best results and avoid complications, please follow the below:

• Ice Packs: Your best friend in the first 48 hours to drastically reduce swelling.
• Sleeping Position Sleep with your head elevated (two pillows) to minimize fluid accumulation in the face and eyes.
• Eye Drops: Use lubricating drops if you feel dryness, and avoid rubbing your eyes completely.
• Sun Protection: Wear sunglasses when going out to protect the fresh incision from pigmentation.
